Hi MIchelle, we use buttercream in the UK, however, I would like to try Ganache. I have a couple of cake books by Paris Cutler, and shes from Australia, and she also uses ganache on her cakes. I think she owns a cake company called Planet cake.
Will you also make tutorial videos on how to make fondant animals etc?

@turkwize Hi I use ganache under all my fondant finish cakes - I have a three part tutorial on how to make chocolate ganache, how to ganache a cake to give straight sides and how to cover a cake in fondant to have the sharp edges. Hi Kathleen, they are all fondant and if you look at my other videos on YouTube you will find one on how to make the alphabet name blocks. Just type in inspiredbymichelle into YouTube search and you will find it. Have fun!! Bye for now, Michelle
