80% of oil is for the UAE citizens and the 20% is for the sheikh khalifa which he is the ruler of the UAE and abu dhabi

the 80% which is for the citizens are to be spent on hospitals and streets and other things

thats y in UAE there is no TAX cuz oil is covering everything

BTW dubai dosnt have the money they just like to showof

but abu dhabi that have the money n they give the other UAE cities money every year
