Ia got the shit on a way to get to a whole nother city in GTA 4. Now what you do is you take a boat no helicopter and you drive to the left of Happiness island. Then you tape down the drive button. Wait about 35 to 45 minutes maybe less and just keep going straight across the ocean. You will see a city on the horizon after a while. Not joking I'm seroius I am trying to post a vid of it.
