  • I want something like that to shovel my driveway.. genius man ..very impressive

  • Simply brilliant

  • That is probably the coolest thing i have seen in the way of snow removal

  • That Claude is one talented guy. C'est tres, tres bon!

  • I saw this and went "oh shit that's awesome" and then saw it was built in Quebec...... and I understood

  • Coolest thing I've seen on YouTube in a while.

  • I want one and I live in Texas.

  • I have a JD544 loader to push snow and i use this to stack the snow higher so it takes less space in my parking lot. There is a lot of snowfall here in Quebec!

  • why not just put a plow on the front?

  • Very ingenious, 4 wheel drive and 4 wheel streat, just awesome. Congratulations, best stuff I've seen so far on YOUTUBE. You're a genius no doubt.

    Regards.

  • Awesome! I never would have thought of that. There should be an episode about this on the discovery channel. Monster garage step aside, here comes Claude from Quebec. There was a couple of Quebec boys on "Full Metal Challenge" that totally dominated the competition a few years ago, would have taken it all but for loosing a track at the very end.

  • I want one of these!!! You could make a fortune building these!!

  • I didn`t flipped the axles , it`s like running backward. No problem so far.

  • Very cool. I have read that running an axle backward like that has a much higher tendency to break the ring or worm gear. Because the gears are not a straight cut. I have a samurai and as far as I know the transfer case has straight cut gears (hence why they are slightly noisey) so it should be fine. I suppose if the axle was flipped it would then spin right but I thought then there is oiling problems because the pinion bearings are above the oil line. Did you address this?

  • My hat's off to you, sir. I've dreamt about doing something similar with a Jeep. You've gone ahead and done it! Congratulations, Well Done.

  • that’s the coolest f$%king Tracker I’ve ever seen

    Great job

  • No i did not! I instal a rear axles in the front and a front axel in the rear!

  • did yall turn the whole cab around to get tht there rear steerin

  • Belle job!

  • Salut Claude...

  • just rotated the frame of the tracker so the motor is at the back

  • How cool is that ? Wow Outstanding!

  • as long as it's not ment to do commercial size work ...I say it's the work of a genius...kudos to you sir!!!

  • some one has to much time on there hand's but it is a cool rig

  • phuck that chute

  • way too cool

  • seems like it has too many places for a flaw or failure in the whole vehicle.

  • Great idea !!!! Now maybe the wife will snow blow the driveway :)

  • The BEST I have seen so far as for design.

Only question. Does the heater still Work?

    LOL

  • Trying to understand your reply to ensoll ... the Sprint engine is still running the transaxle, with the CV axles now being the F&R drivelines, correct? And the Tracker's F axle was a rear axle, and the rear axle was a F axle. Am I right with this? It makes sense to me, anyway. Either way, I like it, great idea!

  • Does this mean the axles were flipped, driving them on the coast side of the gears, in order to keep the 3-4 forward gears, and single reverse gear, or were the axles just turned around, rendering the single forward gear with 3-4 reverse gears??

  • the Sprint engine is still running the transaxle (YES) , with the CV axles now being the F&R drivelinelines correct? ( one of the sprint axle drive a samurai transfercase and the transfercase drives both F&R drivelines,so i still have 4x4 with low gear) And the Tracker's F axle was a rear axle, and the rear axle was a F axle. Am I right with this? ( i use a rear SAMURAI axle in the front and a front SAMURAI axle in the back)

  • where do i order mine awsome idea guys you could make a killing selling them

  • I think i wet my pants... ~Jessie

  • I like.......good job good idea

  • Excellent ... ingenious!

  • So I'll take a guess that the body of the truck was spun around 180 degrees on the frame...? Does it have 1 forward speed (reverse) and 4 reverse speeds (forward)? Looks like a great machine but surely not street legal.

  • No! The body is all original with the 1600cc tracker engine running the blower with the front drive shaft off the tracker transfercase. There is a 3cyl. sprint engine in the back to move the body. A rear samurai housing was used in the front and the front sam. housing is in the back so that`s why it`s now a rear wheel steering 4X4.Hope you understand!!

  • Not perfectly clearly, but I appreciate the ingenuity!

  • wow that would be nice to have. but i would put better tires on it or even tracks.

  • y a geo

  • damn fine blower.

  • Damn, now that gets the job done!

  • very impressive

  • and i think she deserves a nice light bar... and or some strobes

  • luv the rear steering... very creative

  • C trop hot!

  • I WANT! :D

  • Nice Job Claud. We were going to do a direct drive unit but wanted to be able to run our unit on different vehicles and still be able to use it to plow. That is a great compact unit. Jerre

  • This has got to be, hands down, the coolest snowblower I have ever seen ! I have a large walk-behind blower and also an older 1961 Land Rover. Was thinking of putting a tractor snowblower on the front of it, SOMEDAY, but don't have much experience with that. Way to go Claude. C'est tres bien ! Salut. Mike in NB "ve9aa"

  • What size engine runs the blower?

I have a bug snogo I bought off an auction. It is not the most efficient thing, but it does move snow.

  • The blower is run by the tracker 1600cc engine, the 3 cyl. 1000cc sprint engine in the back run the body. First time i hear about a bug snogo, i will try to find informations on the net.

  • That is cool. It does a grate job for its size. Did you make the blower part too?

  • No i bought it used.

  • is there a reason for the rear wheel steering

  • I used a samurai rear axle in the front to give enough clearance for the blower drive shaft, the differential is not centered on these samurai axles.I also have a lot less weight on the steering wheel when i lift the snowblower, it`s alot easier to steer that way.

  • Wow! Thats really awesome! Well done and nice video!
