Depression is something very hard to fight, and it's not about being happy but being able to embrace both the happy and the sad moments in your life... when it comes to happy moments, you must learn to appreciate them and keep in touch with people that are worth it.. when it comes to sad ones, well, you must learn to anticipate them, cry for them and then let them go

When i'm having a bad time, i just remember the chorus for this song "open to everything happy and sad, seing the good when it's all going bad ect." just makes me live on with my life, it might sound stupid but meer words can change your entire life, so think about what you do, DO NOT choose the easy option, i've suffered from that myself. Cos if you really fight for something, you take the time it takes and don't skip on it, you'll achieve. And if that doesn't happen, take it as an experience.
