I use them both at the same time, and have been VERY happy with the results....for sure, use Nirvana in veg as well...your leaves will get HUGE very quickly=more nrg for plant growth=shorter veg. I like them both, but if I had to pick only one, I would say Nirvana.

compost teas for the win! I've been using compost tea since I first used it in an experiment on basil, best basil I've ever eaten and awesome for other plants as well ;)

i hear that compost tea has a short shelf life due to the fact that it can go anarobic. im curious how nirvana can last so long in a bottle.

there are a few industry "secrets" that allow the product to be stabilized for a longer shelf life.
Sorry, I am not at liberty to reveal those to you:(
It is a compost tea extract as well, so it has been refined a little further versus comparing to some freshly brewed aerobic teas.
