  • I was always a great fan of Whittaker and I even posted some songs of his here on Youtube....but this video shows why his career in Britain and most of Europe faded away in the late 1970s. This video shows what he could do and was capable of, but instead he took the other route and from the late 1070s he became increasingly 'cheesy' and pretentious and would have sank completely into oblivion were he not saved by his popularity in Germany. His best songs were written before 1970, nuff said!

  • I agree.

  • This is a unique recording. I have loved Roger's music ever since I was a little child However...it is such a SHAME if you look upon how his carreer has turned out in his old days; making of hundreds of awful german songs not to mention his english classic hits sung in german.

  • lol the woman singing background voice is wearing he living room curtains as a dress! lol

  • @RDBoisQc: It was the 1970's, a strange time. You had to be there.

  • @NickB1967 Was 17 in '75...great times....and the clothes...lol.....and girls were cute

  • I read on one of his cd covers he studied to be a doctor. He is the singing Doctor!!!

  • Damn nice electric guitar i background..love it !!
