I really enjoy these videos, but I think you could squeeze the content into a shorter recording and get a better result, just a suggestion. thanks for posting it anyway!
Thanks for the comments Lars :) Your suggestion is duly noted and I was actually thinking of making the videos shorter...less than 5 minutes. Take care, Nate
@coffeenate1 Am I missing something? There are 16 tablespoons in a cup. If 2 tablespoons per cup are recommended, shouldn't you be using a full cup of coffee to brew your 8 cup pot of coffee instead of 3/4 of a cup?
You are not missing anything! I have this 2T (supposedly) measuring spoon from my AeroPress and it is apparently not accurate :P 8 scoops in that scoop is only 3/4 cup, and I like it that way. That's where the subjective aspect comes into play, but you are exactly right about my inaccurate statement (and spoon).
I agree 2 tbs is a little strong for me too. If you ask me, coffee and tea measure is bizarre. 6 oz = 1 cup? I guess that's why a lot of people weigh their coffee before grinding.
Thanks for your comments and I'm happy that you find my videos helpful :) Take care and be sure to enter the free coffee contest, this month is coming to an end!
