Well since you're recording with midi, you could quite easily send your sequences to other people who have the resources and they could mix it and send it back, or you could look around on the interent for proffesional orchestral VST's.
it probably also has to do with mixing problems. FL studio is a very powerful tool. They provide a tun of plugins which I have accessed some downloads. The issue with FL studio is that it takes midi and creates very harsh tonalities. I use finale print music and just thought I try sibelius
Your compositions are good but you need to get some better VST's they sound really cheesy.
