@icandy51 Long story short... When Mark was in LA, he slept with Addison... Lexie meanwhile, sleeps with Alex... She feels very bad about it and wonders whether or not to tell Mark, but when Mark confessed that he slept with Addy, Lexie feels relieved, and confesses to Mark that she in turn slept with Alex... Mark gets mad and basically calls her a slut.

He got me so mad when he did that...

Being w/ Lexi matured Mark, IMO. They're just @ different stages of life right now. Mark wants a family, kids, the whole 9 yards & Lexie's not ready. It's no one's fault. It happens when you get involved with someone who is that much older/younger. It's not fair to place all of the blame on Mark.

@Brulian4ever Mark slept with Callie after they got back together. Lexie broke up with him and he tried to get Avery to get her back for him, however Avery ended up falling in love with Lexie and that's how they started dating.

The whole different stage thing became irrelevant once Mark decided to sleep with Callie, and cheating on Lexie for the 2nd time. Might I post a link to said video, hun?

@Dreamydre15 When was the 1st time that Mark cheated? With Addison in LA? Lexie broke up w/ him before he slept with Addy. How is that cheating? Lexie was sleeping with Alex. If Lexie can sleep with someone else so can Mark. Again, you can't place all the blame on Mark, when Lexi did the EXACT same thing. And they weren't together when he slept with Callie. He slept with Callie in 7x09 and didn't get back together with Lexie until 7x10 or 7x11. Might I post a link to said videos, hun?

@Brulian4ever What the hell are you talking about? They were DATING! Mark and Callie had a one night stand and while Lexie was making Mark dinner he told her that Callie was pregnant. Lexie yelled at him for doing this for the 2nd time, broke up with him and stormed out of his apartment.

Not to mention Lexie did not want kids, why the hell should she stick around and take care of Mark's lovechild with Callie and Arizona? Since you're so inclined to defend him, why don't you go date him?

Not sure why u r bringing up caring for Sofia b/c no 1 was talking about that. U called Mark immature, a commitment phobe and a cheater. I was explaining that he wasn't. U don't have to like Mark (lots don't) but u can't re-write the show to suite your bias. "Go date him" - real mature. Anyway, I'm done. Have a nice life. I won't be replying again.

@Brulian4ever Well I'm not done so I will be replying again. I've been a fan of Grey's since the series premiere in 2005 and hun I have no reason to offer a biased opinion. If Lexie and Mark were to get back together Mark would do nothing but cheat again. He's capable of love but incapable of commitment, so this whole Lexie/Mark relationship will NOT work it never have worked that's obviously the reason why they broke up, so you might as well just squash it.

This is one of my favourite Mark/Lexie scenes. I know it may seem weird seeing as it's pretty sad but it shows their relationship so well: she needs Mark because she loves him so much, which is why she cries, and he needs to comfort her and the look on his face at the end shows how much it hurts him not to be able to hold her and stop her crying <3
