Wow, What energy! I love the guitar tuning in the beginning. Why they stopped that during the tour? Who knows. I saw this tour during the so called taping of Alive II, best concert of my life. But as the years went by, I was a bit embarrassed to be a KISS fan from '79-'81 even Until '83. But, alas, Metal was born that Year.

Saw KISS just 2 months after this show. Life and Mind altering evening. KISS and I were both bad ass to the bone in 1977. Looks like we are kinda shells of the glory days. They are coming to the city I live in this fall!  Great stuff. I grew up with these guys and they still rock! Yes, different with Tommy and Eric but still awseome. Tommy is better then Ace and Eric is a monster on the drums. Can't wait!

Yeah I did go to Kiss concerts back in 1976 and again in 1977 twice, but I acually went to see the opening acts. Uriah Heep, Golden Earring and AC/DC, and all 3 of them blew Kiss away on stage, and none of them wore bullshit make up. I think I walked out on Kiss during the 3rd and last concert I ever saw them play. AC/DC was great though.
