This is non human act by banks and our government. We went through the same thing in our short sale, we even found a buyer to pay cash for our condo so it does not go in to foreclosure, but Chase declined the offer in which the buyer ended up buying our condo at 30 thousands dollars less via bid on foreclosure. Our Credit went to pot because of a negligent and irresponsible act. It aught to be a law to punish this kind of act.
