Hell yeah! Isaac was a god. Walk On By is just ridiculously sampled. I mean it's in the Ludacris, but the fact that it's also in Warning by Biggie, Dead Bent by Doom, I Can't Go To Sleep by Wu Tang and Me Against the World by 2Pac means that it's been the basis for more absolutely killer tracks that pretty much anything else.
