  • hail to the thief is about the invasion of iraq. more or less. all these songs have duble meanings. this aint bout no wedding

  • @napoe22 thats not true... This song for example is actually a repsonse to a critic who went to one of radiohead's show and basically ripped into it in their report. Alot of the songs on Hail to the Thief do not relate to the iraq war. Some do, but alot don't so to say the whole album is about the invasion is a little misguided.

  • @napoe22 who's to say. the great thing about radiohead lyrics is their ambiguity. i can listen to the same song 5 times, and depending on my experience that day, or how i'm feeling that moment, i draw a different meaning each time.
