I agree that Elizabeth, would do anything for Michael. She truly loved him. If he had let her in to that secret she would have flipped the world to come to his aid. Just like she did in 93. Nobody knew outside Michael's medical doctor that he was allowing them to use anesthesia to make him sleep. He had a sleeping disorder. It wasn't something that he advertised. How could anyone else know unless they slept at the house with him? Most of the staff except bodyguards, left for the night. The one person who realized he had a problem the 1st time was Grace, the nanny. But Michael later fired her for asissting to stage the 1st intervention which forced him to go into rehab.

The media tries to make it appear as though Michael was a drug addict. He wasn't. I believe Michael was more of a hypochondriac then anything, and the medical people he surrounded himself with aided and abetted this paranoia as many private Hollywood physicians do. They convinced Michael that the anesthsia was safe as long as the doctor was present while it was administered. They decieved him so they coud benefit from the "cash cow" that he became for them.

With his life under constant spotlight this just worsened his condition. that's why he consulted different doctors to treat him of his insomnia. but the problem is, the doctors see only money instead of the best for MJ.
