Not my thing, but the band is playing it so I have to listen to it. The whole aesthetic reinforces in my mind that these guys were the precursor to boy bands more so than modern rock, but what are you gonna do? There was some impressive guitar playing in the solo, but on the whole the song feels like there are members of the band missing. Needs a better bass line.

Oh my god, I LOVE C.C! This video is one of Poison's best! I went and saw them in concert with Def Leppard last year. It was one of the most memorable days of my life! I love the 80s! This is a music video, so of course they are going to have a certain look, and if they want to look like they are having fun then that's what will be in the final version (the one you are seeing).
Furthermore, music is "declining"? I don't know why people think this. This was considered shit by a lot of people even when it came out, many of whom also said music was "declining".
