In my experience, the basic Straight Flush is the hardest hand to achieve in video poker, at least in the variations with no wilds. I see Royal Flushes more than I see Straight Flushes. It's just such a difficult hand to complete, even when it's open-ended.
That's not a full-pay Jacks or Better game either. Look for the JoB games that pay 45 for a Full House and 30 for a Flush on 5-coin bets.
