Black or White the full version is just as masterful as Thriller. Alot of people dont underestand what MJ tries to do with his dancing but its all just so powerful and that move is tough!!!! He also does it in the Jam video too. Great song but always wondered why he never released Why you Wanna Trip On Me, that has to be one of my fave MJ songs for sure! And DAngerous the CD was brilliant! K im done now! :P

try stretching your ankles before you do the heel grove (inwards and outwards), and make sure you rotate your foot on the point of your shoe (using mainly your big toe). This helped me alot hope it helps you

This is the most common live version of Smooth Criminal there is (Bucharest Dangerous concert dvd (HBO)). How coould not have it already? Its the only concert available in shops. And this dance move i've always been able to do with my right foot, but when it comes to the left foot....Arghhh! So difficult to use both feet as good as one another.
