The obvious change in the Catholic Church (at least obvious to anyone w/ a brain): end the ridiculous lifetime celibacy and non-marrying requirement of priests. It's not a perfect way, but it will help. Compare Catholic priests to Orthodox or other congregations' preachers. Notice that it's only the CATHOLICS who have this sex abuse scandal. Notice how only Catholics have such ridiculous sexual 'purity' requirements of priests with no seemingly rational reason.
