In America "MAD" usually isn't thought of as relating to Japan at all. MAD is basically a parody of something. (thus, MADtv.) In Japan "MAD" means the same thing, a parody of an anime, show, whatever. Just that random AMVs are supposed to be taken as MADs. That one I don't get.

Anyway...I can swear I've seen this video back in summer, but, I'll love Touhou parodies any which way.
