I checked the javascript file myself. It's not a virus.

No it's an self extracting script.. the script makes the popups move quickely and adds 10more browsers when u try too close them it's an evil thing.. U get rid of it to close it with taskmngr... Iexplorer.exe , or delete ur browser history.. ur cookies.. scripts.. etc..
