I don't think a photo of that complexity could really be faked back in those days. To take the photo the camera would have to have used a long exposure, and be locked down. I think the reason those spotlights are so crisp is a combination of a long exposure and the amount of fog and debris in the air. Also, bear in mind that the US government released files recently that states they were fuelling the UFO hysteria by dressing up planes and helicopters to look like UFOs. To test secret top flights

@TheFakingHoaxer Fact or Faked recreated this scene with mixed results. But their "photo" was real and the spot lights looked almost exactly the same. I am confident the shutter speed of the camera was slowed down for a night shot.

This video has the ''uithentic'' fell on it, but the only thing what didn't feel right was the zoom at 1:20. I believe camera's back then only could zoom by putting an other lens on it.
