It's been two years and this scene still gets me. A lot of people felt it when Alex started crying when Izzie was dying and I get that but for me, just the way he yelled I'LL DO IT after outlining all of the self-destructive things that would happen just made me tear up. All in all, amazing scene.
@xdnielsen123 I really liked them together. I didn't like what Grey's did to them. They made Izzie really selfish leaving him with hospital bills and then coming back etc. etc. in fact I really don't like what they're doing with alex's love life in general.
