  • i cannot even think about what i just watched without getting a headache. who in the right mind does 30 for time in a weighted vest? haha. that's amazing. im gonna head to the rings right now and try that. as for your form, i couldnt tell during the fast forwarded parts.. but you went from straight arms to locked out on the dip. i guess i must be doing them wrong too because i thought that was perfect haha.
