we just worked thru perryville with dc-5 dc-2 was working towards baltimore, dc-5 is by 30th street station in philly

Not to be rude but that is not a Ballast Cleaner. It's a Ditch Cleaner. Hence the initials DC-2. Ditch Cleaner 2
