Whats happening is a buffer overflow. A buffer overflow occurs when data written to a buffer, due to insufficient bounds checking, corrupts data values in memory addresses adjacent to the allocated buffer. Most commonly this occurs when copying strings of characters from one buffer to another.Then it jumps to the injected code (in this case the homebrew loader) and executes it.

This method is obsolete now, if you'd stop emailing me about it i'd be appriciative, the recent firmware update to 4.0 does not let you copy the savefile of the twilight hack onto your Wii memory. Also, what I use in this hack is outdated, you should be using the Homebrew Channel if nothing else because you can add mods to it without the twilight hack. Search "Homebrew Channel Wii" for directions on how to install it and use it, but keep in mind u need b4 firmware 4.0 to do the hack.

No, other consoles games will not work. You have to have that systems OS and Hardware for games from different systems to work. The Wii cannot support anything other than Wii games, NES, SNES, SEGA, and N64 games. If you want to emulate a PS3 or 360, your best bet for now is to go buy one. Currently the emulation for those systems is in very early alpha, i mean hell they are still working on the GC emulator today! And you can use your wiimote in the snes emulator.
