The Torajans sure has a very unique and exotic culture. Were they Hinduizied like most other Indonesians? I've also heard that they mass slaughter several water buffaloes and pigs during a funeral, the richer the person, the more animal they kill. Those three men who are acting like "guides of the dead" are kind of creepy and does a very creepy "laugh".
my friend has a picture of women dead standing up in toraja ... so scary that picture ... her hair very long and just little bit .. and i see the hand only bond ...
@kulitukar, tentang mayat berjalan itu sudah jarang sekali ditemui di Toraja. Bila mayatnya sedang berjalan tidak boleh disapa atau difoto/rekam. Jika ada yg nekat merekam/foto/menyapanya, mayat tersebut lsg jatuh..butuh waktu berhari-hari untuk membuatnya bisa bangun dan beralan kembali.
@shiseitens erm... boleh engkau tunjuk video yang ada menunjukkan mayat bangun berjalan.. saya tercari2 dimana videonya.. dengar kata toroja terkenal dengan mayat bangun sendiri...

It make me remember my grandmother's funeral. She's not rich, but her funeral was very Graceful by her Community.
