Even the 600cc bikes brake the speed limit of most (if not all) countries. I think that the 1st gear of a super sport bike 600 cc is 125 km/h (75mph)... if i am wrong please correct me :) So I think that the speed limit laws are stupid...

Athens has rent center but i do not know details... If you search in the net you will find the iformation you need.
