my daughter wanted to know what the circus was like (I can't believe I've never taken her) so I looked up Gunther, as I saw him perform many times when I was a kid. Mark & I are about the same age & I remember how envious I was as a kid of his life. Gunther passed around the time my daughter was born (July '01) I have his obit in her baby book even. I hope to take her to see Mark & RB circus soon. You can see the same respect & love for the animals in Mark as you saw in his father. :)
