@GiJoe11td1 The Articles of Confederation the Congress recognized freedom of movement (Article 4), though the right was thought to be so fundamental during the drafting of the Constitution as not needing explicit enumeration. Lets say you are right and flying is a privilege, who grants it? the federal govt? the federal govt gets its authority from the states & the states get their authority from the people. We don't live in a monarchy, the government does not have the power to regulate a right.

"You go thorugh a thorough security check, or you don't get to fly with us." That's basically what every airline is saying. I would rather be patted down and put in scanners that show me "naked" than even running the risk of being blown up in the sky. An "invasion of privacy"? Or death? And we are most certainly a monarchy, a constitutional monarchy, the president.

@GiJoe11td1 Commercial airline flights has existed for nearly 100 years. The TSA has only existed for 10 years (since 2002). Did you think airlines didn't have airport security before 2002?
