I love this song..I start everyday with it...I lost my husband of 37 years on August 30th,2010...my dad August 2009 and my best friend in August 2010...they all died of cancer...I have missed them all so much especially my husband...he died of pancreatic cancer and suffered great pain before his death...I am thankful for the years we had but I miss his love and being loved...

Don Williams is the cream of the crop. He can sing anything and it will be pure gold. I love the words to this song. So many people would love to have even the bare necessities of life, better still enough work to pay their bills and have a tad left over for something special. A very good friend of mine has cancer, and I wish I could do more for her- but all I can do is be there for her, provide a shoulder for her to cry on, and listen to her whenever she needs me to- I only pray that she has the strength to overcome this awful disease, and share her story with the children she loves and counsels- I hope her faith helps her through this, and God sees fit to reveal the plan He had in mind when the time is right.
