This guy, Charles Linden is a damn liar. Claims cures of agoraphobia in 5 days in other videos. B.S. He wants money from those with these mental disorders. He is a fraud, a flat out liar.

@bdyftns Hes a liar ? and a fraud ? Can you back those claims up ? Actually some of his techniques i have read of so far seem useful. Where does he claim you can cure agoraphobia in 5 days ? From what i have seen he emphasises starting small and baby steps. I got a loan of a copy of the program and not seen it all yet but so far so good. I am still sticking with my cbt therapy also though. Not going to just adhere strictly to his programme at this stage. but so far it looks good
