i like 1:47 to 1:55 . i too agree with gbmov, it isnt good to overexpose.. you loose detail in portions of your frame... but otherwise the part i mentioned, i think i like that..
it isnt good to overexpose the footage.. keep it well contrasted but dont over exposed. If you make a short or a video clip that way people would get sick by seeing it
It depends of the artistic look you want to put it. Our goal was to make a look similar to what they did on HIM with Join me in Death. It was almost monochromatic black & white but blueish, check it out

@DX2007ccs well you can always overexpose it later-on while making it darker won't bring back detail..

cause you don't do cinematography in final cut pro. it starts with the actual footage. then you tweak it in final cut pro :) gluck
