I know drinking and smoking kills, but really, guys like Sinatra & Martin drank and smoke almost every night, and they lived 20+ years past their life expectancy. And the people like Bob Hope and Betty White, the key to a longer life is simply happiness. If you wake up with a smile on your face every day, you'll definitely make it to 90. Explore deeper into genres and more genres. Such as classical.
