I love ya Dave, but lambics are NOT made with Champagne yeast. What makes a lambic is the fact that it is left in open air so as to expose it to WILD yeast, giving it it's tart and sour flavor. A lambic does not have to contain fruit, however it usually does.

dude lambic is so bomb ....the raspberry is so amazing and blueberry and even the apple...i guess all of them ares o so good.....you should try a mix called a raspberry truffle its 1/3 raspberry lambic and a 1/4 young's double chocolate stout and oh man its so bomb i do it in a on the rocks glass but any thing would work. i do it in the on the rocks glass so my drink doesn't get warm from it being in a big glass and me not drinking it fast

Dave! You should review some craft brews!!! The west coast is a beer paradise (Im from Oregon). I homebrew/homegrow and watch TWR all the time. I haven't got into lambics too much, mostly ales, stouts, and hard cider.
p.s. Can you imagine an IPA made with some nice piney, citrus-y BUDS!?!?
i don't know about you but my hops that i get to brew with do smell like nice piny citrusy buds.....and most ipa's do have a citrusy spicey pine taste
