  • I NEVER SEE ALL THOSE AND SO MANY DIFFERENT ---THANK YOU FOR POSTING IT --AND MANY OTHER PEOPLE POST THE THEM TOO...THANK THEM TOO--.BEAUTIFUL SIMPLE INSTRUMENT BUT SO BEAUTIFUL SOUNDS-- LOVE THE VIDIOS....

  • I went to the video the person mentioned about Portuguese concertina players expecting to see concertinas. What I saw were diatonic or button box accordions. These instruments have nothing in common with Chemnitzer Concertinas other than they have buttons and bellows. They are two different instruments. The musicians I viewed were excellent performers, but something must have gotten mixed up in the translation. Perhaps Concertina in Portuguese means any instrument with bellows???

  • Honestly, this guy is really good, but he shouldn't say "hi" that way in the beginning :P

  • Now it would be sweet if someone would put lessens on here teaching those of us out in polka land how to play a concertina.

  • Gets my vote for most unhelpful 'how to' video on the web! a waste of my time

  • Best concertina players are from Northern Portugal. Nobody learn the songs by reading the notes. Everything is learned by hearing it. Notes are very intuitively disposed. But Portuguese concertinas have cordes on the left hand. Just put for instance CONCERTINA MINHO PORTUGAL on youtube search bar and see how concertina should be played.
