66 33? that would equal 99%.. you must be the third player in the hand whos drawing dead.. at life.. lolol.. do you just pull these numbers out of thin air? 3 to 2 is the same thing as 2 to 1 brah.. and like i said before.. 2 to 1 is 60 40.. 2 1/2 to 1 is 65 35 unless there are some mucked cards accounted for that affect the outcome of the current hand..

You might want to double check that.

2 to 1 is definitly not the same as 3 to 2.

2 to 1 is 66.6% / 33.3%.

3 to 2 would be 60% / 40%.

2 1/2 to 1 would be the same as 5 to 2 which would be 71.5% / 28.5%

Simple math man, its just fractions to percentages.

Either way it doesnt matter how you look at it. This is about finding out your odds in a poker game. If you are more comftorble with saying "I'm a 2 to 1favortie" then "I'm 66% to win" then whatever its the same thing.

The shows on TV have seen every single card dealt and this can sometimes take away outs for a player, and that will change the percentage. The announcers might still say the direct odds because it would be hard to make the exact call on what the odds changed to.

just an example of the 2/1 and 3/2 odds:

You make a $10 bet with the odds at 2 to 1. If you win, you would get $20 on top of your $10.

You make the same $10 bet but now the odds are 3 to 2. If you win you would only get $15 on top of your $10.

Bloch would have pushed All-In in that spot with any big pocket pair (1010, JJ, QQ) and Medic would be a virtual coin-flip.

It's also pretty rare that you're up against KK with AKs when you're playing 4-handed. This was just a cold-deck situation, and like Bloch said "That hand played itself."
