  • what if soon enough a new technology comes for 3d graphic which is completely different and cheap? why isn't it possible? maybe a scientist will do this and we will get graphic card for $1!!

  • i have a question.ive herd that intel cpus is working better with nvidia and amd working better with ati

  • @stigh3lm3r AMD own ATI...so now its just AMD. So yes...you are right.

  • Buy a GTX 560 ti, if you want to game on a 24" monitor.

  • can i put my laptop one into my desktop?

  • Comment removed

  • How can I tell how much power supply I have? XD (complete newb) I am looking to buy a video card so I can run Dragon Age: Origins and The Sims 3.... but, my computer is pretty old, I think I have a PCI not PCI express. I have a geforce 6200 right now, it's complete crap.

  • @fdgecrckr

Open up the case and look at the power supply.

If it isn't a super slim case a 6670 1GB hopefully would work and would get the job done well for Dragon Age 1/2 and the Sims and lots of other stuff. Hopefully your processor and memory aren't so bad either.

  • Step 1: eat bread for a month

Step 2: get the Radeon HD7970.

  • Is it ok to run a GTX 560 (non ti) with a fx-4100 and 8gb RAM?

  • @Dromjj yes.

  • @Dromjj Well,New Graphics cards are comming soon and are going to replace these old onesbut the GTX 560 is a good card other than that everything is ok

  • @Dromjj Yes, you should be fine with that set up although if I suggest waiting a little longer until Nvidias new series come out and hopefully their current 500 series will go down in price, but a 560 non ti is still an good card.

  • Does anybody know if it's still true that SLI cards don't support dual monitors?

  • @BeatlesFan32 im pretty sure that would be false my friend has a gtx 9800 and is running dual monitor

  • I still need help deciding which graphics card to buy.

  • 6850 is one of the best performing cards in price/performance

  • is HD 6670 better than HD 5750???

  • @gorgon123ful 5750 is faster

  • right none of my friends have a clue what i am going on about and i need help! i have Intel i3 processor, and i want to install a graphics card do i keep Intel or get rid of it if so how do i remove it. please help?

  • @mrjoshdamosh if you dont know how then dont. The i3 is fine, only you dont want to go higher than a GTX 460 or ATI 5850, or else their could be a serieus bottleneck

  • @kanbeiZ so if i buy a gtx 460 or a ati 5850 i don't need to get rid of intel i3?

  • @mrjoshdamosh correct

  • @mrjoshdamosh or lets say it else, as far as bottlenecking is concerned a GTX 460 or ati 5850 would perfectly fit with a i3 processor

  • @mrjoshdamosh pm me your full system specs and i can help you more

  • @kanbeiZ i will do thanks

  • so im getting alot of messages...

    AMD 6700+

    Nvidia GTX 460+

they run everything on max detail

  • what graphics card can run minecraft at far distance smooth lightning and graphics on fancy

  • @mittens5421 anything better than a GeForce 8800gt, minecraft is around 70% cpu and RAM dependant

  • wana good video card go work

  • Amd Radeon hd 6750 is plenty for gaming. Works for me.

  • HP pavilion P7-1027cb:

    Intel i3

    6 GB RAM

    Intel integrated graphics

-I think that means it doesn't have a graphics card. Any cheap but decent ones for running Minecraft?

  • where do i actually buy a graphic card online? can someone give me a link, i live in australia.

  • @IshAlokI Finally someone from Au! Try ozgameshop, its based in the uk but directed to Australia and NZ. It has great GPU's for cheap with free shipping all over Australia.

  • @fanofsongs ok thanks man. i know! all the shops cant be delivered to australia and im just like FK!

  • @IshAlokI Newegg.com >.>

  • @whitemanwii i dont think you can read, i clearly said i live in australia. newegg.com only delivers to places in the US

  • @IshAlokI Wow my apologize I didn't think Australia was that bad xD I got some friends up there, does Australia have any local computer computer shops such as BestBuy?

  • @whitemanwii That's is what I need help with! I don't know any computer shop here, because I am new to graphic cards. So I don't know. I'm going to buy the XFX Radeon HD 6670 from ozgameshop Its delivered from the UK and it can get delivered to Australia. I just want it to play some games like Counter-Strike:Source and Left 4 Dead 2.

  • i just have one question. would something like 2 ati radeon 3800 HD with crossfire be a good setup for something like Flight Simulator X?

  • @stig670 it would but its a very old card, but yes in crossfrire mode it will b very good. or you can get a newer amd radeon 6790+ :D hope it helped

  • @vilepium Dude the 6770 is much better !!! The 6570 isnt a bad card for its price, but nothing compared to the 6770.

  • I've had my laptop for a year, does that mean I need a new graphics card? I can't rub skyrim and wow stuggles

  • i have a question.. sorry im not that pro when it comes to video cards.. im thinking to buy a ati radeon hd 6570 2gb ddr3, or a ati radeon hd 6770 1gb ddr5.. which is better??.. cause my friend told me that the higher memory the better.. my other friend told me that the 6770 is much better than 6570.. why? the 6570 has a 2gb memory..why is it better? so its not on the video cards memory afterall?.. thank you very much, sorry for my bad english..

  • I want to buy a new graphics

what to choose GeForce GT 440 or AMD HD Sapphire 4870?

    I have intel i5 2500k

    6gb ddr3 ram

    z68xp-ud3

    19" monitor

  • @MrIvoIvanovIvo you have an i5 2500k but you cant afford a powerful card?

  • @assassin26764 i have gaming pc with gtx570, this pc is for net and sometimes for gaming :)

  • can you upgrade a video card in a laptop

  • How to choose good videocard:

    1. Go to store

    2. Buy the most expensive one cos you know it's the best

  • @taix250 wrong because alot of the time, you can get a better video card for about 50 dollars cheaper than the most expensive. the most expensive ones are mostly used for autocad. not gaming or photo processing.

  • @thomasdunne12 yeah like 50$ really counts

  • @taix250 that has to be the dumbest advice EVER!

  • @taix250 Any store besides Best Buy for cards. Overpriced lol

  • @taix250 unless it's PC world, they was doing a HD 6770 for £120 pounds last week and a HD 6870 was £125, kinda made me go wtf for the next 5 hours after, research should still be a huge part of choosing a video card

  • @taix250 always compare the specs!!!!!!!

  • @taix250 no thats not ture some of them are 200 dollars and they suck and the 100 dolars one are a bit better

  • @taix250 that is how rich idiot's shop I'd thorw here some reasonable arguments but I don't think you follow reason

  • @Cypeq lol was a jk ofc you can get awsome card for few hundred

  • @taix250 LOL that is basically true if you have money

  • @taix250 and then you have a shitty power supply :P

  • @taix250 It also depends as well, if you're gamer and you end up buying a 4K Quadro workstation card, you just been screwed XD

  • @PKhong972 Haha indeed xD thought the exact same thing^^

  • @driveandkill I'm going to be a buzzkill now but I just realized... no store I've been to carries any of the high end work station cards.

  • @taix250 FAIL!

  • super

  • this was from 2008, DANGIT!

  • @DeathNote207 It still gives good information, these cards are WAY outdated, but that ATI 4870 2gb could still hang with 2011 midrange cards easily, probably even faster still than a lot of them. This is a very informative video. Nowadays one of the best bang for your buck cards is the ATI 6870

  • @DeathNote207 the 6870 is a midrange gaming card

  • @DeathNote207 dont matter still good info EXCEPT the drivers and programs are more up to date

  • is the galaxy geforce gt 430 a good card for a budget pc?

  • @iceshadow238 For budget it good, but it's not going to run battlefield 3 on anything higher than medium, you can but the fps will drop badly.

  • @iceshadow238 What exactly is your budget?

  • @Demon0fTime $200

  • 0:05 I taught he was going to rap!

  • yea they work but they take for ever to render or to load but i like to up grade to somthing stronger

  • @ericquintanar1 that and some time it frezes so i just wold like to make my computer stronger

  • hey my name is eric i am trying to find a good vido card i dont have a strong computer i have a emachines el1352g-01w with a 6150se grapics, amd sempron 145 processor, 500 gb hard drive, 2 gb ddr3 memory and a multi-in-one medea card reader and 220w power supply i am useing a 24 inch screen. i want a strong video card and grapic card for soffware like 3ds max, maya, 4d cinama, zbrush, nuke 6.2v2, adoby aftereffects photoshop. but i have a bugit of 100 best buy gift cards

  • @ericquintanar1 huh..did you ever tried those software on your pc?

cause i'm using 480mb ram ddr and my pc can run 3D.

i'm sure your pc is strong enough and you don't own a weak pc at all!

  • @ericquintanar1 your computers Power Supply wont handel it. I recomend uograding that frist. Then the RAM thats aa cheap and easy fix that can speed up your system to use programs like that. I have 8GB RAM and can use Photoshop, After Effects, Cinema 4D & Sony Vegas Fine. But my CPU is 3.8 GHz. I use a 800 watt power supply to support my Onboard graphics ard and my GeForece 8800 Gt Alpha Male Edition that ive had for awhile. I can play Modern Warfare 2/3 & Battlefield 2/3 Fine.

  • I need a new video card that will let me play APB reloaded

  • @MrIloveboobs123 Then the GT 440 is for you. Unless you want to play load of good, requiring games. Go for the HD 6870. Not only it's a reasonable price, it also performs slightly worse than the HD 6950. You get about 5-10 FPS less, no more than that.

  • @Krycho9PowrotReturn how much is GT 440

  • @Krycho9PowrotReturn wait i only have windows vista ultimate

  • @MrIloveboobs123 It will run on Windows Vista, so don't worry. The GT 440 is about £59.99. I don't know how much it is in dollars. Try using Google to convert it from £ to $

  • @MrIloveboobs123 Also, make sure your power supply has 300 watts of power, because that's the minimum amount of watts you can have to power this card.

  • will a GEFORCE GT 520 work on a 22 inch monitor.

  • @jayke1k996 I think thats getting a little old now...

  • Comment removed

  • @jayke1k996 I hope you actually did!

  • @TheMickeyMantel actualy did what?

  • @jayke1k996 Just wear knee pads >:/

  • @velisiboa videocards cant wear kneepads they would overheat

  • @jayke1k996 Oh yea :/

    Good point.

  • Boy: this is a old ass video

  • 3:10 ... That was disgusting. I know it's normal human being behavior, but for fuck's sake, you are making a video.

  • I've got a ATI Radeon HD 5670 and i want to overclock it for better performance. How do i know if i don't overclock it to much? How high may the temperature be?

  • @MrYuirat just go through topics about overclocking :) Maybe there are even more people that overclocked the same card as you ;)

  • Am i overworking my gtx 570 if i play very old games on max setting with alot of fps???

  • @Aminence It should be more than fine... if your really concerned you can turn on vsync it caps the fps to 60.

  • @Aminence if you dont turn v-sync on, your videocard will produce as much FPS as possible. So basically it tries hard to give you the max FPS, while you probably dont need it. (definitely if its always 60+)

  • @HazewinDog Is V-sync a default setting or i need to turn it on? I have windows 7 and i don't know how to turn v-sync on.

  • im low in budget..i want better than intel GMA 763mb...i want ATI only 512mb...

  • If ure on a real tight budget you can get one of these:

    amzn.to /tNhRCk

    amzn.to /tA5JiJ

Both actually have more than 512mb vram, but i wouldnt go lower than this!

But, if you can afford a bit more:

    amzn.to /s06igD

Now, i dont know where you live, but that one has some serious discounts, so it could be a very good deal.

Also, ive had one of those myself and with this one you really dont have to worry about not beeing able to play games!

  • @HazewinDog Your links don't work!

  • @TheEExposed they do work, just remove the space in the links.

  • @TheMrbean97 Check my post, i forgot to send it @ you

  • Albert... cool name!

  • Is a NVIDIA 570 worth the 100 bucks over the 560ti I won't be doing sli and probably no ocing just want to play bf3 and upcoming games at high settings

  • @Spencerwalker21 Not in my opinion. 570 isn't much of an upgrade. And an over-clocked non-Ti 560 achieves about the same specs as a Ti.

  • @haggusmcgee So get a factory over-clocked 560

  • and

    i have pci 16x inference

  • Comment removed

  • which card i choose for my system without any upgrade spec are dual core 3.4ghz 2 gb ram 250gb sata hardrive and msi 7173 board and 300wat psu plzzz reply can 1 gb gt220 ddr 3 is good or plz plz suggest some others card thanx in advance

  • @kashirlization A Radeon 6770 is a perfect card for lower end power supplies and CPU's. You won't waste money on more GPU than your CPU can keep up with, and unlike many newer cards, it will run well with a small power supplyplus it doesn't require extra PCIe poweer connectors).

It's a capable enough card to run the newest games at good visual settings.

  • @kashirlization I'd suggest a new PSU and a GTX 560

  • That Mustache Chose For me

  • hello. can i put a pci-e 2.1 on pci-e 2.0 lane? please reply.

  • @yragg96

SURE you can!!! it doesnt matter.

  • @jejarinRuiz owh thanks! u really help me.

  • can the video card at 7:20 play wow on ultrac

  • Comment removed

  • Every time I try to install to install my graphics card it says standard VGA adapter failed

  • Hey is dual 1gb as good as 2gb, sorry for not knowing, kind of new to the computer gaming and tech stuff inside?

  • @thecheeseycheese no, the 2gb GPU will always be more poweful, 2x1gb does not equil 1x2gb. on some games the 2x1gb cards will be slightly better, however, on 90%+ of all games the 2gb will be the best, also keeps total temperature and power consumption down. :-)

  • Hey everybody! I have my eyes on a nvidia geforce gtx 560. Does anyobdy have this or know about this card enough to tell me if its a good choose? I here it can even run up to directX11 games, so anyobdy have advice?

  • *****-----what's the difference between video cards and graphics cards????

  • @0zmonkey there is no difference, video and graphics cards are the same thing.

  • I DON'T GET IT, so if i have crossfire, i can't run two montiors without the USB adapter? wTF

and whats does 750i stand for? is it a series or something?

  • Hey can somebody please tell me a great gaming laptop for under $1,000?

  • @turbochargedfilms try cyberpowerpc you can configure a good prebuult pc I didnt but it but I configured one it had a NVIDIA 580 Intel i5 2500k 1000watt psu a 500gb monitor nice looking case and cooler a 24 inch 1080p monitor for about 1300 so you could get it for under 1000 if you chose a NVIDIA 560ti and a Inteli3 instead

  • @ecsastro Nah. It'll be $250 in 2 years

  • will a AMD Athlon 64 x2 5600+ 2.8GHz bottleneck a GTX 570

  • @struggle375 upgrade to an x6

  • I only buy my Graphics Cards from EVGA or XFX because those brands are extremely reliable and dependable.

  • No gorgon

  • is HD 4850 good for bf3??

  • @gorgon123ful no its awful my mate has it and cant even run it

  • i wanna play minecraft and cod on a home made gamind pc suggestions?

  • @minecraftmodgroup HD5670/HD6670 (same card different name) or GT440. all of these are under 100 dollars

  • my last upgrade was in 2008, and still can rum mw serie on max and crysis serie

    pentium 4 3.4ghz 3 gb ram 667 and hd 4830 512mb xD

  • Great video mate =)

  • I have a 9400 gt :D

  • @TheZoly13 haha me too. that video card cant play new games now in a decent settings. games like, crysis 2, skyrim, MW3, BF3.

  • Can you over clock an Intel integrated chip set?? Please help...

  • @Coolreaction198 BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA

  • @Coolreaction198 Do it.

  • @Coolreaction198 if you want to burn your motherboard.. sure

  • @Coolreaction198 i dont think so

  • @Coolreaction198 its a chip set so no because it will overheat.... i learned the hard way, get a card

  • @Coolreaction198 i dont think so

  • I have an i3 2nd gen 3.10 GHz with 6gb ram and a 9800GT on a 42" HDTV 1980x1080 P or something like that, i can run crysis 2 on high, if im on my standard monitor, i can max it.

  • He should annotate this. When he says larger monitor, he means, monitors that are capable of higher resolutions. For people that don't have as extensive a background with computers, like the people that would especially need this video for instance, would think he meant larger displays in inches. Your video card doesn't have to work any harder to drive a 15 inch monitor than it does a 50 inch, if both of them are max 1080p.

  • love your voice bro

  • whts the best pc specs under 800usd??

  • @thesportstv1 look up what Nvidia has in stock

  • @DrDeso1 thnx mate

  • wicked porn musty.

  • you can check if you have PCI or PCI express in the device manager right? under display adapters?

  • @TheRealEzzy pretty much every mother board out there has PCI on it, if u want to see what u have the best to do is open it and look inside theres plenty of pictures comparing agp to PCIe (can't remember perfectly off the top of my head but x16 PCIe is longer i believe) At this point in time if u have only AGP and PCI i wouldn't suggest buying a new card, u could get the same card and a new motherboard with PCIe for the same price as a AGP version anymore.

  • WTF..... I have Asus 9500GT and i have played GRID on 40" monitor without any problem..and you talking about 15" FUCK OFF

  • @THEKINGBG1

BS! 40" using 9500GT? haha! you wish

  • @jeypzki WHAT THE FUCK It works perfect on 40"- its NVidia 1GB 9500GT ddr2.. 1375GHz memory...max resolution is 2560x1600 .search it on youtube...

  • @THEKINGBG1 yeah at low resolution and low settings, plus a 40 inch monitor could still be 1080p so its not as high demand, also grid is a pretty easy game to run

  • @MrGeforcerFX ok thanx for your comment, i got pissed because he was underestimating 9500GT .....

  • @THEKINGBG1 it is a very basic card, i had a friend that ran one and loved it then we started playing Bad company 2 and he ended up getting another one for SLI, we all just laughed cause it seemed like a bad idea but it worked out. It's always interesting to see how far you can push weaker or older tech to do what you want. But he was about correct i wouldn't use something that low level to play games on my monitor, but many have, and its just fine for them.

  • So whats the use of buying a factory overclocked card?

  • @aero2146 You dont have to overclock that card by yourself...pretty useless tho, because you can overclock it and save a few bucks.

  • at 14:52 he said puss si
