How long did it take for you to see any improvements?

Use it when you are at home, or in a relaxed setting with no disturbances. NOT when driving (seriously.)

Use stereo headphones, whenever possible, for maximum results.

I have had interesting experiences right away.

It depends on what feels best. I recommend whatever you can wear during sleep or just relaxing while listening. Something with a soft cup that doesn't make the earlobe press against the head is probably a good idea.

What a treat! Used to watch Ann & Ross on tv almost every weekday. I think the show was later called, "People Are Talking." Long before Oprah (tho' we love her) they were the ones to see. Interviews were always interesting & fresh b/c they had a genuine curiosity. & it was clean enough enough for the whole family. Also: used to sometimes see Ross shopping at the grocery store. We kids thought that was pretty cool back then, lol!....Didn't realized they had interviewed RM. That's great history.
