i dont think people should totally shut you out because you had criticism. I did love the CD but I don't think it beats their previous two. The others had songs that stick with you forever while this album lacked the revolutionary, epic songs the other had.

I think Goodbye Blues is their best album yet. Goodbye Blues, then So Sudden, then Like Vines. Like Vines I felt was one of their weaker albums. I love it, don't get me wrong, but most of the songs on that album are a bit too pop-oriented. I feel like Goodbye Blues is the album THS was always meant to make. It is them. It is their sound. But that's just my opinion. :)

i love the song, and for all those people out there that think Gretta's voice sounds different, its LIVE, not professionaly recorded!! who knows how good the mikes where or the sound recording system on the camera was, it doesnt look like a very good camera!!! plus her voice is drowned out by all the clapping and the band....

yeah same here. if you listen to the previous cd and then hear her now, it's like her vocals have become more mature for lack of a better word. not to mention the overall sound for this new album is supposed to have a blues feel to it. in any case the hush sound is the best unknown sound since maybe paramore(maybe).

In my opinion, Paramore isn't that original. The Hush Sound sounds different on every album, without losing what makes them them. And they sound so unique for a contemporary band. Paramore sounds like every other band out right now.
