What limbaugh doesn't get is that if the majority vote is found to be discriminitory against a minority's rights, it will be repealed and revoked. That's whay to the dismay of those against civil rights for black people, that segregation is no longer legal and that they are now considered as -gasp- equal. I think prop 8 has a good shot at winning considereing I, and others, think that Walker "made up" a right for gays and lesbians. There's nothing in the constitution about marriage.

Those against same sex marriage cannot show how they or anyone else (children) would be harmed.

He just pointed out that the proponents of prop 8 did not bring one credible witness for there side and he takes about 30 pages to explaine why the two witnesses are not credible. if you guys want to stop gay marriage you better put on a better case next time because this time it was pathetic. Anyone who believes this judge made any decision based on his orientation should be stripped of their American citizenship. He did not decree that there are no legitimate moral, theological or spiritual grounds for viewing heterosexual marriage as superior. That's not what courts do. Courts don't rule on moral, theological or spiritual questions.
