Why dont these people talk about how the so called gas chambers were rebuilt after the war?

I am not a holocaust denier, BUT, if I were in sealed room with showerheards that I could reach(and it's plain that you can reach them), I might scream "hey, everyone, put your hands over the shower head to stop the gas from coming in!" According to the story, the gas wasn't under any pressure, they simply dropped zlklon B tabs that disolved into gas into the plumbing. So if people could reach the ceiling to claw away at it, why couldn't they block up the shower heads and block the gas?

@luketalkme I tend to think that something far worse than gas happened to these people.. I think they were starved, tortured, worked and diseased to death and that there was very little gassing going on. I personally would rather be gassed to death in a few minutes than worked/starved to death. So I don't dispute the numbers, I just think the methods were different (actually worse) than the official story. Then obviously there are the machine gunning of 100s of thousands in the SU.
