It does look really good, but I'm more a fan of Southeast Asian cuisine. For example, there's the precision and explosive diversity of Chinese cuisine that is so original and colorful, that's an institution. In Japan, they go to painstaking measures to make the food beautiful to look at and eat.

Sure, it's Lebanese, and I'm sure it's good, but this is just my opinion.

the best thing I like in lebanese cuisine are pita bread and homos, and sandwiches with tahine sauce. yumm. But there are few dishes that I do not like although they are very healthy like taboule bec it has too much lemon. From a Moroccan who tried all kinds of food!! Yeah it's called Faateeh, it really simple to make, it is baked or fried pita bread, and you layer it with chick peas or as we say houmus, and then on top of that you mix yogurt with a hint of garlic and salt to taste, put it on top of the chick peas. And finally you garnish with roasted pine nuts and freshly minced parsley. Wu Sahteyn!
