Riluzole (Rilutek) is the only FDA approved treatment to improve survival by several months, but does not reverse the damage already done to motor neurons.

bought some banana powder from Longevity, it came as a hard dried out solid brick. I contacted them and they sent me to some other site where i could try and figure out how I could send it back at my cost and then they would send again. Very poor customer service, Had the same return issue (sent the wrong powder) with Upaya Naturals.com and they immediately sent out the right product and included a pre paid envelope for my return, now that's customer service!!
