The problem is, we have no idea who or what kind of organisations are really behind our govts.
If we could at least be sure that we do influence their behaviours, we may get somewhere.
It seems ot me, that if you vote for party a) you get abortion, but if you vote b) you get Iraq war.
Either way is murder, and if you vote the other party in next time, they do more of the things you dont want them to do.
I wonder whether they model the system on "Hell" for some twisted reason.
