I never saw Jason that tore up over losing Elizabeth...the last time they broke up he worked out on a punching bag and that was the end of his grieving over her...hell he didnt even throw furniture across the room...lol

you know, i've watched liason's 2002 scenes several times and it is apparent to me that this first scene was such a propping up of the coupling of coho and jason. just watch liason's "i watch alias" scene and you'll see that elizabeth knows exactly what jason's regular is: black coffee. ugh, it get's me every time.

I think Liz thought she and Jason would do the usual couple thing, fight alittle and eventually work things out. Poor braindamaged Jason sees pretty black and white and takes her at her word, he hurt her and it's over. He would never want to hurt her again. How could Courtney resist moving in on Jason? I couldn't. but I still don't like her.

I don't think it had anything to do with Jason being brain damaged. Liz's speech and her action of moving out pretty clearly suggested finality. This sort of thing might have been business as usual for S&C, but not Liason. Liz overreacted, plain and simple. After the years of wishy-washiness she subjected Jason too, I think she owed him more. Instead, she left as soon as things got complicated, and instead of Liason we were subjected to years of the nightmarish LiRic.

I believe that if Liz said the word he would have gotten back together with her. I mean this scene shows how much he wanted her back; and wanted her in his life.

Liz certainly punished and tortured Jason for not being honest with her one time and then years later she "witholds" the fact that he fathered her baby and tells him she wants to give his kid to schmucky and he forgives her instantly.

It's crazy that everyone blames Jason for Journey. Liz ripped Jason's heart out and tossed it out the window. Courtney was there to pick up the slack. At least she was a better choice that Liz's eventual pick: Ric.

i agree. liz knew what jason's life was all about he warned her time and time again. still she broke his heart and slept with zander. and then it's all poor liz. she's mad at him????? he told her life was gonna be that way. and now she thinks he's gonna change.ya right.

I don't think she expects him to change ... I think back then she was (her own words) hurt and angry ... He should have fought harder to be w/her but Z&C just got in the way also R/L and B/C/S. She's a mother now ... her priorities are so different. She know what and who he is. Being a father is huge - its the thing he wanted most in the world Its really up to him to make it work - he has to make the difference!
