Those are Canadian Lineman. They deal with a lot cables, there are many different colors of wires inside a cable. Sometimes when they have to cut the cables and re-attach the cables again, they will need to do some follow the color code to put certain color of wiring together. :)

Basically two regular push ups) through out the day and my arms are ALWAYS parallel to the deck when I'm down, my back is always straight, and I do it in sets of 40. I'm not a very strong Marine. I'm just not lazy.

Yea, I've done diamond pushups straight and brought my chest to my hands as well but I believe they were just going at too much of a fast pace to go all the way down and all the way up. Granted it's more of an effective work out if you go through the whole motion and sacrifice speed, it seemed the purpose of the drill was to stay focused while training fast.

you guys do it differently... us the play with you... its like down up then 1/2 down then 1/2 up but that didnt count or 3/4 down 1/2 up and stay there for like 5 min then back down and all that was just 1.
