Not too often though. There's a 50 foot or so height limit that once passed, you'll stop being able to webswing unless you fall below the invisible 'ceiling' limit. It's not that huge a problem. You also can't webswing if there aren't any tall buildings around, like when you're in the park area. You have to use the trees to webzip, which is probably even more effective as you can move fast as hell with the black suits zip animation.
I only have Web of Shadows on the PS3. I thought it was okay. Better than the latest Spiderman: Shattered Dimension. Spideys voice-over in Web of Shadows if freaking horrible though. Sounds a little pansy tbh. Better VOs in Shattered Dimensions though, so at least they paid attention to complaints there.

web of shadows offers the best spiderman elements that edges it closer to the comics and tv shows and the game play speaks for itself that the developers have invested plenty of time to introduce new and familiar experience. not only is it introducing new gameplay funtions to pick either good or evil paths with alternate endings based on your choices, where as all the spider man movie games are short lived with rubbish voice acting from toby maguire (no offence toby).
The Slim PS3 is speculated to be released mid-fall or on time for X-Mas. It will be a smaller system, without the touch sensitive on and off buttons (with regular buttons instead). Generates a bit less heat since the chipset is smaller. Since the components will be smaller, and more efficient, the price of the new console variant will be lessened as well (probably by 100$). It will also feature a bigger hard drive than currently available (probably 120GB or higher).
Also, sony just patented a method to emulate PS2 games via the PS3 cell processor, which means they are going to bring back PS2 backwards compatibility without having to software emulate it, and without having to use the actual PS2 emotion engine chips. In other words, new PS3 will be smaller, lighter, generates less heat, will cost less, will play Ps1 games, Ps2 games, and all previous and future Ps3 games. Well worth it if you haven't bought one yet. Keep your eyes on any info for the new one.
