    It' not really Bully, it is "Bule" you have the meaning all wrong, sorry to burst your bubble.

    But they spelled it that way to make it a commercial song.

  • Wooly Bully was about really hairy pussy and twat that was all the rage back in that time. So Wooly and unable to be navigated upon, this song started the trimming and then shaving of female private parts. At first the government wanted to ban the song, but when shaving cream, soap and razor sales rose, they decided that a less "wooly bully" was good for man kind.
