Yeah I think its just a bandwidth issue during playback... looks good to me. BTW, what PVR are you using?

Are you using any software to edit the videos before uploading to Youtube?

I've tried uploading it as a TS file which I did with this one without doing anything to it. I've converted to WMV and MP4 same result. Other than that I haven't messed with the videos.
